1. Approval:

– 5 Members of the Board of Directors

President: Mitsuo Tanikawa, Vicepresidents: José Luis Mendoza, Antonio Gil de Carrasco & Jacinto Martínez, General Secretary: Yuki Katayama, Treasury: Francisco Martín.

– 7 Members of the Executive Committee:

President: Mitsuo Tanikawa, Vicepresidents: Emiko Morita, José Luis Mendoza, Antonio Gil de Carrasco & Jacinto Martínez, General Secretary: Yuki Katayama, Treasury: Francisco Martín.

– Update of annual membership fee in the Statutes of the Association

– Annual meetings of the year 2021: the 20th April, the 29th June, the 5th October and the 14 December.

Once exposed and debated, all were unanimously approved.
